Rain chances today, cold and windy Wednesday

Mainly cloudy today with periods of rain.  Rain totals generally around 1/4 inch.  Highs will range from 55 north of the lakes to around 60 at the coast. East wind at 10 to 15 miles per hour.  The rain chance will continue into Tuesday evening with a clearing sky after midnight.  Lows will range from the middle 30s inland to the lower 40s at the beach with winds increasing out of the west at 20 to 30 miles per hour.

Mainly sunny, cold, and windy on Wednesday with afternoon highs between 45 and 50.  West to northwest winds are expected at 20 to 30 miles per hour with gusts over 40 possible.  Mainly clear and blustery on Wednesday night with lows in the middle 20s to near 30.  West to northwest winds will continues between 20 and 25 miles per hour.  A sunny sky with cold temperatures are expected again on Thursday with afternoon highs in the upper 40s to lower 50s.

Clouds will increase again on Friday ahead of the next storm system.  A chance of rain arrives by afternoon with the possibility of snow by Friday evening.  At this time, the probability of accumulating snow is very low.  Highs on Friday will likely be in the middle to upper 40s with overnight lows in the upper 20s to lower 30s.

Partly to mostly sunny and cold over the weekend with afternoon highs a degree or two either side of 50 and overnight lows below freezing.
